Registration System

To ensure a clean, safe and conducive environment in collaboration with Transcorp Hilton and in line with NCDC, FGN and FCTA guidelines, we have come up with protocols and guidelines for each of our services.
  1. We will be commencing with 3 power-packed services scheduled as follows:
    1st Service: 8:00am – 9:00am
    2nd Service: 9:30am – 10:30am
    3rd Service: 11:00am – 12:00pm
  2. The seating arrangement has been setup to accommodate a maximum number of 400 worshippers per service to maintain a physical distance of at least 2 metres between each person.
  3. Each service will last for only 1 hour with a 30 minutes break/turnaround time in between each service to allow for disinfecting the hall, rest rooms and surfaces within the hall.
  4. To ensure capacity in (2) above is maintained, electronic pre-registration platform for all worshippers has been setup on our church mobile App.
    • Visit to register for your service of choice and claim your seat.
    • A unique code and seat number will be assigned to you via your registered email to confirm your registration for any of the services.
    • Please note that this is a prerequisite for attending ANY of our church services.
    Registration will be opened on all these platforms by 12pm on Friday June 12, 2020.
  5. Meanwhile, there will be a registration desk at the entrance area of the Congress hall to register ONLY our first time worshippers or any worshipper that might have had challenges registering online. This is however dependent on space availability in the ongoing service or subsequent church services.
  6. At the entrance of Transcorp Hilton and the Congress Hall, all worshippers’ will be checked for body temperature readings and for the use of face masks. Please note that you will not be allowed into the Transcorp Hilton without a face mask and those with high temperature above the allowed threshold will be advised to seek medical attention immediately at the gate.
  7. There will be hand sanitizing points in the foyer of the Congress hall and within the hall for worshippers; this is mandatory for all worshippers to use.
  8. No gatherings or clustering will be allowed before, during or after any of our services. So worshippers will be required to come in just in time for their service of choice and leave immediately after that service. Any important meeting can only be done in our cars with a maximum of 4 persons in a car per time or outside the Transcorp Hilton premises.
  9. A one-way traffic system will be observed in entering and exiting the Transcorp Hilton premises as well as the Congress hall. You will be given directions by our security, protocol and ushering teams in a very respectful manner. Please do respect and honour their directives, so that we can ensure that everyone is safe.
  10. We encourage all parishioners to use their rest rooms at home before coming for service to reduce the number of persons making use of the convenience at Transcorp Hilton. Only 3 persons will be allowed at the convenience per time. Please note that the rest rooms will not be available for make-up or dressing purposes, but strictly for convenience.
  11. The rest rooms will be thoroughly disinfected before and after any of our church services.
  12. We encourage parishioners to engage online fund transfers for their offerings as the Church envelope for offerings will not be available during our services. Meanwhile, for those that must make use of envelope for their cash offerings, they are free to come with one from home.
  13. Our Children church will still be online, a later date for re-opening of the children’s church will be announced in due course. Meanwhile, the teenage church (Age 11 – 19 years) will be opened from June 14, 2020.
  14. Worshippers above the age of 55years are advised to stream the services online.

  16. Please note that all our services will still be streamed on all our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Mixlr).
